I would like to be a business like that. That's 1 reason why we give customer exclusivity because of their niche/industry. And we also charge premium for this.
Businesses can butt-heads on lowering costs. It may be the weapon of choice for many SEO firms. The customers win and the search engine optimization industry loses.
My weapon of choice will be raising the quality of our solutions and building a new. That manner, pricing is both secondary and I'm pleased with the few really good customers I have.
